At World Association of Detectives (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Payment Method

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for orders placed on our website.

No Refund Policy

Since all orders are processed using Cash on Delivery, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 2–3 days of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the issue

We will review the case and may offer a replacement where applicable.

Refusal of Delivery

  • Customers may refuse to accept delivery at the time of arrival.
  • Repeated refusals may result in restrictions on future orders.
  • Any applicable shipping or handling charges may still apply.
